10 – 12 organic eggs

1 cooking onion, diced

1 tbsp. coconut oil or butter plus some for greasing

2 cups broccoli, washed and cut into florets

1 tbsp. water

1 cup organic cheddar cheese, grated

Salt and pepper

  2. Grease a large pie plate with butter or coconut oil.

  3. Melt coconut oil or butter in a medium sized frying pan over medium high heat.

  7. Pour entire mixture into greased pie plate.

  8. Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes or until eggs are set.

  9. Cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
